Obstacle Course and Our New Ball

On very cold days we spend some time indoors on our obstacle course working on our large motor skills and following directions.
First we balance across the bridge.

Then we jump ten times on the trampoline.
Then we crawl over the Mountain.
Aim for the pot!
Jump across in each rectangle.
Sammy bought a big action ball for our class.
We had one problem.  It was deflated.
Morah Mimi: What do we nee to turn it into a ball?
Children: Blow it up, it needs air!
How do we get that?
Aiden tries to blow it with his mouth but it's too difficult.
Morah Mimi: Wow Aiden, that was hard.
What can we do?
Morah Mimi will bring a special pump to fill it with air.

The children took turn using the bump and were amazed at how it grew slowly.
We observed that as it got bigger, it also got harder.
Morah Mimi let us all feel the air blow out at one point.

Thank you Sammy!
We love running after the ball, bouncing it and put a lot of effort trying to balance on it.
