Water Cycle

The children gathered clouds on to their plates.

Using droppers, they filled their clouds with water.

The clouds got so heavy, and.....it began to rain.

We took spray bottles outside to wet the ground.    I had planned for an experiment and the children took it to the next step. The children had a great experience washing everything in sight.

We marked the area.  After a while we came back and saw that it dried up. 
Morah Mimi:  What happened to the water?
Sammy:  It's all gone.
Chana: The sun dried it!
Morah Mimi: Where did it go?
We will continue this experiment this coming week.
