Hands on Seder Plate

Dicing apples for Charoset on our Passover/Pesach Seder plates.
Charoset reminds us of the bricks the Jews were forced to build and carry in Egypt.

We felt it and contrasted the outside and inside.  Bumpy vs smooth, no scent vs very bitter scent which made us cry like the Jews in Egypt.

Maror: bitter herbs remind bitter hard work the Jews did in Egypt.
