Where am I from??

Over the last two weeks we have been working on a special project while continuing with the unit of maps and globes. 

We traced many different size circles to build a book about where we are from.

Planet Earth

We wrote down everyone's address.

We traced and cut out circles...

 Once we drew our house we then had to write the number on our house.

 Once we finished it we had a page for our name, our address, our town (Oakland, Mahwah & Frankin Lakes), our state, our country and our planet.

Butterlies

We have been having a great time watching the life cycle of a cocoon to butterfly take place in our classroom.

 YAY!!! They're butterflies..... Now we have to set them free.

 We were able to feel the remaining skin of the cocoons.

 Then we had a chance to hold the butterflies.

 Uh Oh one got away, have no fear.  Aiden got it back for us.

We really had fun.
